How to request deletion

Request process

Users can request account deletion by email. The request must identify the account and clearly ask for deletion.

Use your registered email address or include your registered phone number in the request.
Email info@forsatc.online with the subject: Account Deletion Request.
State clearly whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific personal data where applicable.
Our team will review the request and may ask for identity verification before completing it.

What will be deleted

Account profile data associated with the Forsatc Gold mobile app and website.
Stored session and sign-in records that are no longer required after account closure.
Support messages and uploaded attachments, unless they must be retained for an open case or legal obligation.

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited time to satisfy legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.

Transaction, payment, wallet, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may be retained for the minimum period required by law or operational security.
Any other deletable data will be removed after the required retention period ends.
